Spending a day in the desert with one of my 2017 couples to celebrate their one year anniversary was a dream. We saw new places, forgot about cell service, and played car games for way too long. Always an adventure.

My favorite concept in life is that I don’t have to walk through it in a forced, straight line, but I can swim through it in any direction that I need.

My week has had a funny pace. Slow, but eventful; calm, yet full of underlying energy. My favorite moment: being wrapped up in a blanket at the end of the day yesterday as I read for a few minutes outside. What about yours?
